How Is A Sublimation Printed Wristband Made?

Here are the general steps for making sublimation printed wristbands:

The first step is to prepare materials and tools: polyester wristbands, sublimation printing ink, digital printing machine, heat transfer machine, and prepare the design pattern.
1. Design pattern:
- Use computer graphics software to design patterns, text that need to be printed on the wristband. Make sure the pattern is clear and high resolution.
2. Printing pattern:
- Print the designed pattern on special sublimation printing paper through a digital printing machine, and use sublimation printing ink to ensure that the pattern is bright and durable.
3. Prepare the wristband:
- Place the polyester fiber hand strap on the workbench of the heat transfer machine, making sure the surface of the hand strap is flat.
4. Thermal transfer printing:
- Place the printed pattern on the hand strap, making sure the pattern is aligned with the hand strap. Then use a heat transfer machine to transfer the printed pattern to the handband. Under conditions of high temperature and pressure, the ink converts into gas and penetrates into the handband fibers to form a lasting pattern.
5. Cooling and fixation:
- Take out the printed wristband and let it cool down naturally. During the cooling process, the pattern sets on the band, making it long-lasting.
6. Check quality:
- Check the printing effect to ensure that the pattern is clear, the colors are bright, and there is no blur or offset.
7. Packaging and Distribution:
